i am such a super ignorant person..didn't even notice the big pack of maruku in the pantry since last thursday..otherwise, i won't be eating chewing gums all day long to keep myself awake!

hasil siasatan, memang sah peminta duit gas penipu tegar

dengan itu kes duit gas ditutup dan jangan haraplah nak dapat balik duit 25 hinggit tuhh!

i have long realized the fact that i have actually misunderstood the meaning of 'silence is golden'

silence is indeed golden when it is preferable to say nothing rather than speaking

(mind the word 'when it is preferable')

however, when in a situation where I can / need to speak up my mind, silence is no gold

silence will only make me look stupid!

to tell you the truth, i have lose my passion in speaking..it has been a while (ages i think!) since i last spoke effortlessly

anyway, my point is..can people not think that i am stupid and know little just because i am quiet??

what would you do if someone came to your doorstep at 9.30pm, while catching her breath telling you her sister and brother-in-law went back to hometown because someone passed away, she was cooking and suddenly ran out of cooking gas, called the grocery shop for delivery but just realized that there wasn't any money in her purse, called her housemate for help but she could only leave work at 11ish, thus need to borrow RM24.50 from you to pay the delivery guy and promised to pay you back when her housemate returned?

3) woke up early to sight sunrise..unfortunately, it was raining and the sun was hiding behind the clouds..anyway, the photo wasn't that bad kan? ;)

bought myself a pencil case few months back and felt like it is the best purchase ever

then last week i bought this plate, which really made my day..

don't you think that almost every car on the road has only one passenger?

nobody cares to carpool now; people have different plans after work - one heading straight home, one wants to go clubbing, another one has basketball training

the LRT and commuters, on the other hand, are too packed that sometimes you have to hold your breath so as not to blow to someone's neck

and the fact that almost everyone can own a car now makes it worse

even if you leave home early, the time spend on the road is the same (or maybe more if you leave at 7am; parents sending kids to school)..only if you leave veryy early, like 6am or you use the highway, you'll escape the queue..

the same goes after office hour..if you leave at 5.30 pm sharp, traffic is at its worst - so don't bother leaving office early

so people working in klang valley ended up spending more time in the office (and on the road)  than staying at home

....they aren't workaholics, it's the traffic jam!

finally, the second semester is over!

it was a great relief sebab memang pancit gile this semester

plus the traumatic episodes bila ada test

ya, i missed classes countless times and didn't do my revision

(jadi markah pun setimpal lah ye dengan usaha yang tak seberapa itu)

apa-apa pun, syukur alhamdulillah :)

the next one is HSK

and i only have 7 days left!

went to see zee avi performed in life center last month..she's petite yet super talented!

when she made the entry to the stage, i was like "omg, ketot gile minah ni"

anyway, i want to share the story behind the scenes here hehe

the tix were on online sale a week before the show (started at 10am to be precise) and the first 1,000 tix will get 25% discount

so being a cheapskate, i waited anxiously infront of my laptop and started purchasing the tix at 10am sharp

nak dijadikan cerita, i did check the discount box and entered the discount code but did not click 'Add discount' (ingatkan ada discount lain ke apa kan!)

klik punya klik terus payment page and voila, i didn't get the discount!!

bengang la jugak sekerat hari though they were just the cheapest tix tapi bila benda tak menjadi sure la tension kan?

ok sambung cerita...

on the day of the show, while we were queueing..a girl behind us asked "Are you having the main hall tickets? Do you want to exchange with ours; the upper tier coz all our friends are in the main hall?"

(seriously, seriously? FOC??)

you know what, luckily we exchanged the tix or i would be tip toeing throughout the show (haha saya pun ketot jugak ;p)

tu lah nak cerita, every cloud has a silver lining, semua yang berlaku tu ada hikmahnya

in wonderland

i watched phoebe in wonderland on HBO a day before i went for the 3D alice in wonderland..it was indeed a good warm up since i can't seem to recall how's alice's storyline or even the characters in the fairytale..all i can remember is she got big and small and big and small again

anyway, i love phoebe in wonderland and elle fanning is brilliant!! it is amazing how a young girl can do such a serious character in the movie (a kid with tourette's syndrome)..sedey sangattt

and of course, alice in wonderland is not bad either..i personally think the red queen is cute (the hearty lips!) and why on earth is the white queen so 'dark' and scary??
