had another outing two weeks ago, this time with the TM clan

venue: taman pertanian shah alam a.k.a bukit cahaya sri alam f.k.a bukit cerakah
activity: skytrex (sky-jungle-trekking)

the challenge only took 2 hours but the sore muscles it caused --> took 2 days to relieve!

above all, we had great FUN!! highly recommended :)





something i found very interesting about skytrex:

Participants will be under minimum supervision by the SKYTREX Instructor once they have advanced into the park and as such is
responsible for his/her own safety

pepandai la korang pasang carabineer tu sendiri leklok kat atas pokok tu. kitorang tunggu kat bawah ni je kot2 korang jatuh. lol
